Centre work has an adagio, 2 pirouette combinations, small and large jumps. Class is based on musicality and speed. Ballet Slippers are required and most women wear pointe shoes. The class starts slowly and builds up in speed and technical demands. It is a classical ballet class based on 5th position. Includes some of the top dancers currently dancing
