Brittany Fridenstine-Keefe
Brittany Fridenstine-Keefe was raised in Seattle, WA and trained in the professional division program at Pacific Northwest Ballet. Brittany has danced with Pacific Northwest Ballet, and been a company member of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Ballet Memphis, Burklyn Ballet, and Minnesota Dance Theatre, James Sewell Ballet, American Repertory Ballet, Terpsicorps Dance Theater, Terra Firma Dance Company, Chamber Dance Project and at the National Choreographers' Initiative. She has had numerous international engagements including a solo improvisation performance in Germany and Italy staged by Luca Veggetti and dancing in the International Dance Festival in Cali, Columbia. Ms. Fridenstine has created a dance therapy program for children with special needs that she has implemented in many cities; she is certified in the GYROTONIC® exercise system and has served as the chair of the dancer council for Dance/USA.

Brittany began exploring Gyrotonic® nearly 15 years ago with Magali Messac to supplement her dance training. On her path to certification she has studied with Juergen Bamberger, Deborah Rose and is currently under the tutelage of Chantal Deeble and Jennifer Daly.

Brittany's Gyrokinesis® class will follow the teachings established by its founder Juliu Horvath. Through the class progression one can open joint spaces and energetic pathways, connect breath and coordination as well as discovering new movement potential.
