Jen began her movement education at an early age, training in several different forms of dance, as well as maintaining an active outdoor lifestyle. A degree in theatre from Florida State University brought her to New York where she discovered Gyrotonic in 2003. She has since become certified in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis and the Jump-Stretch Board. Jen is also a certified pre-trainer, and enjoys being able to guide others on their first steps to becoming Gyrotonic trainers. This intelligent system continues to fascinate her, and she looks forward to learning more and passing on her knowledge and love of movement to her clients. Jen also remains active in the modern dance community here in NYC as both a dancer and choreographer.
