Miss Pratt attended the Johannesburg School of the Arts, and was awarded the coveted Nadia Nerina trophy. She was a ballerina with the PACT Ballet Company, dancing leading roles and working with Ashton, Petit, Beriosoff, Fonteyn, Park, Dowell, Samsova, and Prokovsky.
For 28 years Miss Pratt's teaching career has taken her world-wide, from the Toronto National Ballet School and Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet School to Europe, Asia, and extensively through the United States. She has taught floor barre since 1998, and is certified by Zena Rommett.
