Planning Your Visit

The Director of Group Programs will help you plan an artistic and stimulating dance experience for your students.

STEP 1: Contact the Director of Group Programs
To ensure discounted group rates and the convenience of personalized scheduling, contact the Group Director by using either the Inquiry Form, or calling ext. 19, at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

STEP 2: Book your trip
After assessing your personal needs and creating an itinerary with the Group Director, you will receive a detailed confirmation and invoice. A deposit of 50% must be paid upon booking and is refundable with the exception of the Administrative Fee. This ensures discounts and confirms specialized/private classes.

STEP 3: Final payment
Final payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. At that time you will receive a call from the Group Director confirming all details for your visit.

It’s that easy! Upon arrival you will receive a package containing your class tickets, special offers throughout New York City, and more. Your work is done…Now it’s time to dance and enjoy!

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND INFORMATION

  • Lunch orders may be pre-arranged through our Barre CafĂ©.
  • A list of New York accommodations is available upon request.
  • Payments to Steps Studio, Inc. can be made by cash, Mastercard/Visa, check, money order or wire transfer.
  • Student and Group Leader classes are non-refundable and non-transferable and may only be used during the group’s current visit.
  • Please keep in mind that Steps is a professional school and class levels are much higher than those in other studios.
