new musical in the NY International Fringe
Festival.
Karen Gayle's(Steps & SAS Modern
Faculty) company, xodus dance
collective, will be performing in the
Dance Gallery Festival at the Ailey Theater,
9/11 & 9/12 and in the American Dance Guild
Festival at the Manhattan Movement Arts

Alan Onickel(Tap Faculty)
spent most of August choreographing for the
Pori Dance Company in Finland and teaching

Lonne Moretton(Steps & SAS Ballet
Faculty) will present his newest ballet
in the 92nd Street Y's 75th Anniversary
Celebration - Marathon 75. Immerse
yourself in a weekend of dance as more than
50 artists kick off this anniversary
celebration. Each hour features a group of
five choreographers. Admission is good for
one full marathon day; seating on the hour.
Lonne's piece will be presented on Sat, 10/10
between 4-5pm.
Matina Banks(Sub Tap Faculty)
and her company, Silent Fire Productions, have
created a television show, "Imagine Dance"
produced through KidZone T.V. The series was
created to provide education, entertainment
and exposure to the arts for terminally ill
and long-term care patients, ages 6-18 at Mt.
Sinai Hospital.
Todd Shanks(Jazz & Hip Hop
Faculty) is choreographing the opening
number for Stars, Stripes and Skates,
an annual benefit for The Heritage

Raimund Hogue

German performer, writer and choreographer
makes his much-anticipated NY debut with
Bolero Variations. His work is known
for questioning what we consider beautiful.
Born with a spinal deformity, Raimund throws
himself into his work, energizing and
destabilizing audiences as he challenges our
conceptions of abnormality. Co-presented with
FIAF's Crossing the Line Festival.
