Steps Studio Theater
Steps Studio is proud to offer their largest studio for performance.
The space is approximately 46′ x 38′ with two columns.

The following items are included in the rental:

• Steinway B grand piano
• Lighting (see Technical section for further details)
• Stereo (see Technical section for further details)
• 6 Black Legs
• Sprung wood floor with light grey cascade marley
• Maximum capacity 120 (80 padded chairs included)
• Green Room
• Dressing Room/Showers

Optional Services Include:

• Catering
• Lighting and Technical Design

The space is currently available for Saturday and Sunday night performances only and a Friday night technical rehearsal beginning at approximately 9pm.

All renters are required to show both general liability and workers compensation certificates naming Steps on Broadway as additionally insured.
