Ensemble Membership & auditions

Ensemble members work with our world-renowned faculty and guest artists in an environment geared specifically to mentor, train, and set the groundwork to launch talented dancers into a successful career as a dancer/performer.

Ensemble members receive:

  • Individual career guidance from the Ensemble Director

Ensemble membership is for a maximum of three years.

Audition Information
Auditions for the Steps Repertory Ensemble are held annually and throughout the year when needed. The selection committee is comprised of Steps faculty, guest choreographers and the Ensemble Director. Applicants should be at an advanced level and between the ages of 18 and 25.
