Zvi Gotheiner, a Contemporary Master teacher here at Steps on Broadway, and his company ZviDance premier their new work “LIKE” at New York Live Arts November 8-11. This will serve as the final work of Zvi’s trilogy reflecting on the human dependency on technology, following “ZOOM” (2010) and “SURVEILLANCE” (2014). The Lion King is turning 20! To celebrate, the show is offering a free anniversary performance on Wednesday, November 15th. The catch? You must enter the lottery in person at the Times Square Celebration on November 12th (it’ll be worth your while either way, with photo-ops and cast meet & greets at the event). Can’t make it to Times Square? In person lotteries will also be held at the Brooklyn Public Library Central Branch, the Queens Library Central Branch, the Todt Hill-Westerleigh Library, the Bronx Library Center, and the Inwood Library.
