Aesha has been featured in Dance Magazine, Pointe Magazine, Bazaar, Marie Claire, The New York Times, and The San Francisco Chronicle, to name a few. You will find Aesha featured in the New York City Ballet Workout II, Barbie Nutcracker, as well as the principal dance double for Zoe Saldana in the movie Center Stage. She is the recipient of the prestigious Mae L. Wein Award and has been honored by The National Women's History Museum with the Women Making History Award. Aesha is currently the Associate Chair of Faculty with the School of American Ballet.
In addition, Ms. Ash is the founder/creator of The Swan Dreams project. A project very close to her heart which uses imagery to diminish stereotypes that surround women of color. The project has since expanded to include speaking engagements and a summer camp held in her hometown of Rochester, NY.
