Alicia Pociask is a NYC based choreographer, educator and creative with a BA in Dance and Minor in Theater Arts from Point Park University. Her experience has spanned many parts of the industry including performance, choreography, show development and casting.

Alicia spent eights years as a resident show supervisor, choreographer, and director for RWS Entertainment Group where she choreographed five mainstage production shows for Holland America Cruise Line, directed and co-choreographed three mainstage shows for Azamara Club Cruises and was an associate choreographer for STEP ONE Dance Company. Most recently, Alicia has choreographed shows for Carowinds and travels around the country as an audition choreographer for Creative Studios by Norwegian Cruise Line.

Alicia is extremely passionate and invested in the education of today's upcoming performers. She strives to make everyone in the room feel seen, appreciated and respected while providing a space for exploration and growth. Alicia travels around the world as a guest teacher, choreographer and adjudicator and is the Owner and Director of NYC based company Bold Dance Project.
