- About Us
Dance and movement have been a passion since Donna was very young. Her curiosity and constant search for knowledge and insight into the ever changing body has led her to study many methodologies of movement.
"Dancers are intense athletes very often pushing themselves to the limit for their art form. There is great benefit to the dancer of any age to regain the balance and strength of their body through a safe, structured movement system."
She has been teaching dance and movement for over 30 years and loves sharing her knowledge with her students and clients of all ages.
"Teaching is such a profound learning experience because it’s always dynamically different. It can be exhilarating or very humbling. There’s so much to learn and share."
