Gwen Potter
Gwen, an Indianapolis native, realized her childhood dreams of dancing, choreographing, and teaching in NYC over the past twenty years. She holds a BA in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and has an impressive performance history, including credits from Adidas, Reebok, Facebook, Thinx, and Good Morning America among others. Gwen's choreographic work has graced reputable city stages and dance festivals throughout the tri-state area. Additionally, she has worked as a movement coach for several independent music artists and has curated, co-produced, and performed in two full-length tap dance shows.

Gwen's teaching journey spans various settings, from dance studios to convention classes, as well as public schools to outreach programs. Some of her highlights include teaching at The School at Columbia University, being a guest artist at Earl Mosley’s Diversity of Dance, as well as leading a pre-professional tap dance program for many years at Broadway Dance Center's Children and Teens Program. She is on faculty at Broadway Dance Center teaching tap dance to adults as well. Gwen now continues to travel nationwide, teaching and setting choreography on students ranging from children to adults. As a dance educator, she strives to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for dance and empowering individuals to discover their potential in life's unique rhythm.
