Hannah has been inspired by dance and movement her whole life. Her fitness journey started about 4 years ago. She got 200 hour yoga certified, and loved teaching so much she got certified in barre shortly after. With her dance background, she quickly fell in love with how similar barre was to her technical dance training, enabling her to spread that knowledge to the fitness world. Since receiving her certifications, she has taught around Orange County and LA, as well as here in New York. She hopes to spread joy and ease, with an added benefit of sweating and a toned body! Motto- "Yes you can and yes you will!"

Class Description
Total Body Barre at STEPS is a full body workout combining intervals of conditioning and full range stretching. Using ballet movements, isometric contractions, Pilates-based core work and yoga style stretching and breathing, this class will always keep you on your toes! Challenging for both the novice and professional, you are guaranteed to see improved posture, balance, strength, and flexibility. Inspired by German dancer, Lotte Berk, this upbeat class will build a youthful physique and mindset leaving you feeling stronger and leaner. Get ready to enjoy some great music and have a great time!
