In addition to his performance career, Justin' TV/film credits include, In the Heights, FX's "Pose," The Kennedy Center Honors, The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, NBC's "SMASH," and The Tony Awards. While performing, he has worked as an assistant/dance captain for choreographers Nick Kenkel, Tony Award Winner, Warren Carlyle, and the recipient of the 2011 VMA for Best Choreography, Jeffrey Page.
As a choreographer, Justin's original work has been featured in Broadway's Annual Red Bucket Follies, Jennifer Jancuska's BC Beat, and The Invitation presented by Broadway Advocacy Coalition. He's also created original works for The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (Los Angeles), The Ailey School Professional Program, Pace University Commercial Dance Program, Steps on Broadway Summer Study, and Kinder High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston, TX. Thanks to his energetic and effective teaching skills, Justin has served as a Guest Faculty Member for Broadway Dance Center, Steps on Broadway, Houston Academy of Dance, Boston Conservatory of Dance at Berklee, the year round scholarship program, Move {NYC}, The Institute of Contemporary Dance in Houston, TX, SMU Conservatory of Dance, Brigham Young University, and Oklahoma University School of Dance. As an educator Justin has served as Adjunct Professor/Director in the Theater Arts and Dance Program at Loyola University New Orleans where he created, directed, choreographed and premiered his newly developed work entitled, "All in A Day's Work". Currently, Justin is thrilled to be residing as the Dance Supervisor of the First National Tour of MJ: The Musical (Tony Award for Best Choreography). Leading with the principle of being an artist first, Justin continues to use his professional experiences to inform, instruct, and influence a community of the next generations virtuosic artists.
