Kate Cherichello has over a decade of experience working nonstop with Manhattan's top execs in banking and media industries, former college athletes, celebrities, and the most dedicated senior clients. Classes focus on being both as safe and efficient as possible, always with plenty of modifications for all levels and a strong dose of fun.

Teaching credits include banks, law firms, and media corporations here in NYC, National Institute for Fitness and Sport, USO Pacific programs, multiple universities, national conventions, master classes, and training clients virtually throughout the world.

As a performer, Kate can be seen in various films, sings with the USO Show Troupe, has traveled with Jersey Boys and Broadway Tonite, and has been seen on the stages of Goodspeed, Fulton, Engeman, State Theatre PA, and more. Kate also hosts a weekly show, Be The Good with Kate, highlighting people doing good in our world.
