LaQuet Sharnell Pringle has a very big resume for such a small person! LaQuet is the definition of "athlete" as it pertains to the modern day dancer/performer/trainer. She is most proud of her 4 Broadway shows and countless regional productions. Some of her professional performing credits include, Broadway/National Tour: Lysistrata Jones Original Broadway Cast (Myhrinne), Memphis The Musical Original Broadway Cast (Ethel), The Lion King, Sweet Charity (Helene U/S perf.) LaQuet continues to share the gift of the performing arts as a professor at AMDA University in NYC. In addition to her extensive NYC performance resume, she is a 14 time National Champion as an individual Cheerleader and has competed with top teams such as Spirit of Texas, Cheer Athletics.

LaQuet is thrilled to bring PERSPIROLOGY to STEPS! As the head trainer of Perspirology NYC, her classes always focus on proper alignment, strength, and endurance to ensure an effective full body workout. LaQuet has also worked at The Tracy Anderson Method Studio in Tribeca, training many celebrities and celebrated artists in NYC. In Austin, TX, she was one of the top trainers at Pure Austin and Castle Hill Fitness.

Class Descriptions:
BURN (Dance Cardio:) This class packs a punch with 45 minutes of non stop dance aerobics, followed by cardio arms, and abs.
AP (Boot Camp:) This class is designed for men and women who are capable of more rigorous and intense training sessions. The hour will be less "dance intensive" and more "strength and agility intensive."
