Liana Blackburn
Liana's versatility is what makes her such a valuable teacher, choreographer, and dancer. Her passion, enthusiasm, and love for dance is undeniable, it's contagious! Liana has been teaching dance for over 16 years. She has taught and adjudicated for national conventions/competitions such as Nuvo, Radix, Hollywood Vibe & Hollywood Dance Jamz. She has shared her knowledge teaching at Pace University, AMDA, LMU, CLI Conservatory, BDC, Peridance, Millenium, EDGE, Debbie Reynolds, Movement Lifestyle and has taught at studios all over the world as she traveled on tours dancing with artists such as Selena Gomez, Kylie Minogue, Ricky Martin, Britney Spears, and more. Liana is excited to share her knowledge in class from her 15 years of experience working as a full time professional dancer and choreographer, which she mixes with her many years of acting training. Her class embodies not only movement, but motivation, and intention!

Liana's classes are about learning to dance with INTENTION not for ATTENTION. They are about empowerment, finding your voice, and using your body to express that voice carefully and specifically. The most important tool in life is COMMUNICATION, and almost all of our daily communication is non verbal. Her class is designed to help a dancer be in control of what they are saying and the message they are giving. The goal is to find clarity in your individual point of view and gaining the confidence to embody it!
It's not always about what you say but HOW you say it.
What does your BODY LANGUAGE say about you?
