Natalie is a Broadway performer and Associate. As a certified yoga teacher, she teaches at Y7 studio in NYC and through SANA yoga (which she founded during the pandemic). She teaches an intentional vinyasa class. Natalie focuses on offering you a strong foundation and leading you through creative sequencing linking breath to movement. Her yoga practices have artists in mind. She believes a practice is an opportunity to check in and pour back into yourself, to be in your flow on and off the stage.
