Rachel Lauria, originally from Atlanta Georgia, is a Cize Live and Group X Instructor here in NYC. Rachel's love for dance and performing stems back to her childhood when she trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary and Musical Theatre. After dancing for three years with Walt Disney Entertainment she decided to make the move to the Big Apple. A graduate of the New York Film Academy's musical theatre program Rachel went on to begin her career as a professional performer. She has assisted and studied along side numerous choreographers and performers such as Steven Cardona, Tony Gonzalez, Diedra Goodwin, and Michelle Poterff. She is also thrilled to be a new member of the Katharine Pettit Creative dance company. However; her fitness journey began last year. Rachel became immersed in the world of dance fitness through the Cize Beachbody test group where she worked directly with Shaun T; creator of Cize, Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, T25 and numerous other fitness programs. While loosing 100 pounds in 10 months with Cize, Rachel decided to become a Cize Live instructor to share this fitness program with others. In 2015, she was featured in the Cize Informercial for her success with the Cize program. She has continued on to become a back up dancer in the Next Level Series of Cize dancing along side Shaun T and other fitness professionals. Rachel is excited to be bringing a Cize it up Flash Mob to the 2016 Beachbody Summit along side this years Beachbody Instructor of the year Kole Hansen. Certified directly by the format specialist of Cize Live, Tania Baron, Rachel is thankful to share this incredible program with others and inspire them to believe in themselves and there goals. Her passion for health, fitness, and dance encouraged her be the founder of her own company Believe to Achieve Studios which will house her fitness classes/programs and choreography projects. Rachel continues to inspire others to love themselves and discover there self worth.

Class Description
It's the END of exercise!! It's a new Beachbody dance based fitness program designed to make you sweat, burn calories, and above all just HAVE FUN. Created by the amazing Shaun T himself who also designed and formatted Insanity, T25, Hip Hop Abs and many more! Going back to his roots he now developed a program for everyone, where dancing is fun and losing weight is easy.

This high energy and fun choreography is taught over an hour class and broken down step by step building the dance making it easy to learn for professional dancers and beginners. We end the class "Cizeing it up" to the original song its choreographed to, and an ab workout designed to build strength and core muscles! Each week we will learn a new routine meant to challenge your body in a new way, but most of all you will be having so much fun you will be able to dance and enjoy your daily workout! I promise you, you will want to CIZE IT UP again and again.
