BootCamp: Toning/Sculpting

Timothy Anderson is an all-around performer and AFAA certified fitness professional. He started dancing at the age of 13 and at 17 was on scholarship at the EDGE Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles. Tim has been in various movies & TV shows including Austin Powers 3, Starsky & Hutch and the "Billboard Music Awards". He has also been featured in commercials for The Gap, Reebok and Toyota. Timothy has danced all over the world with artists such as Britney Spears, Reba McEntire, Chayanne & Brian McKnight.

After being a part of the original cast of We Will Rock You in Las Vegas & touring with the 1st National Tour of Wicked for 2 years, he moved to New York to pursue his dream of performing on Broadway. Timothy made his debut in The Color Purple and was part of the original Broadway cast of 9 to 5.

For Tim, staying physically fit and in top performing condition go hand in hand. Thanks to Madonna, he had the chance of a lifetime to merge fitness and dance by joining the 2012 MDNA World Tour as a one of two of personal trainers alongside Nicole Winhoffer. The experience of training someone like Madonna, who seems to have no limits as to how far she can push herself physically, has been immeasurable. Clients also include family, friends, fitness enthusiast & various celebrities.

Tim is currently a Hard Candy Fitness Master Trainer, Instructor for Kore New York and creator of Tim Anderson Fitness. His motto is, "You can workout anytime, anywhere...all you need is to be ready to work hard."

Tim’s Cardio Dance Class is a high energy cardio dance party, incorporating full body toning exercises focusing on arms, abs & butt. Driven by hot dance remixes, burning calories and sculpting the body has never been so fun.

Tim's Bootcamp Class focuses on strength, agility & endurance. All you need is the desire to work hard. Push yourself to your limits with an always changing program of full body exercises, leaving you ready to conquer whatever else the day brings your way.
