Traci attended Point Park University focusing on jazz and musical theater. She moved to NY and was chosen to be a Radio City Rockette in 2002. After touring with the Rockettes for 4 years, she performed at Radio City Music Hall until 2024. During her time there, Traci was an Assistant Dance Captain, swing, and a Dance Captain/ Assistant Choreographer. She has led auditions, taught for Rockettes Summer Intensives, and assisted in the teaching and staging of the Christmas Spectacular.

In 2020, she created Exactitude Dance, a precision dance studio in Industry City, Brooklyn, with preprofessional/ professional precision focused workshops, classes, and seminars.

Credits include Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Today Show, Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting, Dancing With the Stars, America's Got Talent, Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, Tony Awards, Live with Kelly and Ryan, Ellen, and the Wendy Williams Show, the 10th anniversary of Oprah's O Magazine, Diane Von Furstenberg's fashion show at the Life Ball, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera's Richard Rogers Awards, dancer/ singer for Royal Caribbean, Liz in Chicago (Pittsburgh Musical Theater).
