Can I purchase a gift card for myself?

Yes! Feel free to gift yourself a gift card. You’ll send it to yourself when you purchase and follow the instructions to redeem.

How do you redeem a gift card?

When you are ready to redeem your gift card you will use it as a form of payment. Go through our online system or the app as you would normally and on the Check Out/Place Order page, you will see a box above your Subtotal to enter your gift card number. We have discovered some issues when using some older versions of Chrome. If you don’t see this box, please try using another browser.

What can I use a gift card for?

A gift card can be used as a form of payment to make new purchases, including Virtual Steps classes, in-person classes when we are able to reopen, and Steps Youth Program and Conservatory Program enrollments.

The person using the gift card is not in NYC and will be using the card to take Virtual Steps classes. What happens when your studio reopens?

We are planning to offer Virtual Steps classes even after we can reopen. You will be able to continue to use your gift card as a form of payment for those classes.

When does a gift card expire?

A gift card does not expire.

The purchase or use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of the complete terms and conditions. Gift cards must be used solely for the purchase of services provided by Steps on Broadway. This gift card does not expire, nor does it incur any fees. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
