Justin Boccitto is an award-winning theatre and dance artist who has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He’s produced, staged and performed in over a hundred live theatrical events including Broadway Cares’ Gypsy Of The Year, The Off-Broadway production of One Night With Fanny Brice, national tours, productions at NYMF, Paper Mill Playhouse, The Metropolitan Opera, and many more. As an educator he has instructed at Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, The Juilliard School, NYU, CAP 21 and Marymount Manhattan College. Some of his students have included Lady Gaga, Radio City Rockettes, Sophia Anne Caruso, Jennifer Damiano, along with being asked to teach Stephen Colbert how to tap dance. Justin has performed at Tap City (honoring Bettye Morrow), Tap Extravaganza, The NJ Tap Ensemble (honoring Marvin Hamlisch), the historic Ryman Auditorium and The Big Apple Tap Festival (honoring Randy Skinner). Other notable artists he has worked with include: Nicole Fosse, Andrew Lippa, John Kander, Elaine Stritch, Tim Blake Nelson, Lauren Ambrose, Marvin Hamlisch and Alan Cumming. He also appeared on the MTV series Made and is the director and co-creator of Common Ground, an international tap dance project creating community through the art form.
