STEPS Studios
Rental Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm
All eleven climate-controlled studios are available for rent when classes are not in session.
Studios may only be rented for the following:
- Private or Semi-Private Coaching (no more than 2 students)
- Rehearsal
Rentals below may be booked under special circumstances if approved by management.
- Auditions
- Photo Shoot
- Film/Video Shoot
- Performance (Steps Studio Theater only, information here)
Studios may not be rented for classes, master classes or workshops.
Studios are equipped with:
Floors: 9 studios have sprung wood floors with marley surface, 2 studios have sprung wood floors with maple wood finish
Sound: All studios have a full sound system including CD and Cassette player, speakers, plug in for IPOD or minidisk player
Barres: Stationary and portable
Mirrors: Full-length
Steps Studio Theater
Steps Studio is proud to offer our largest studio for performance.
The space is approximately 46′ x 38′ with two columns.
The following items are included in the rental:
- Steinway B grand piano
- Stereo
- 6 Black Legs
- Sprung wood floor with light grey cascade marley
- Maximum capacity 120 (80 padded chairs included)
- Green Room
- Dressing Room/Showers
Optional Services Include:
- Catering
- Lighting and Technical Design
The space is currently available for Saturday and Sunday night performances only and a Friday night technical rehearsal beginning at approximately 9pm.
All renters are required to show both general liability and workers compensation certificates naming Steps on Broadway as additionally insured.
