Billy resides in New York City where he graduated with a BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. His performing credits include the 1st National Tours of the Broadway Musicals Mary Poppins, Young Frankenstein, White Christmas, the National Tour of Jeff Amsden's A Few Good Men Dancin', Josh Prince's The Broadway Dance Lab, "The Electric Company" on PBS, and numerous industrials, regional productions and benefits where he has danced alongside the likes of Debra Messing, Jerry Seinfeld and Martin Scorcese. As an assistant he worked with Emmy Award Winning choreographer Josh Bergasse on episodes of the NBC show "SMASH", as well as with Tony Award Winner Andy Blankenbuehler on the early stages of a collaboration between Andy and singer/songwriter Kate Nash, entitled Only Gold. Recently Billy was the Assistant Director for Date Of A Lifetime at New Jersey Rep. and served as Associate Choreographer to Marlo Hunter for My Life Is A Musical at Bay Street Theater in the Hamptons.

As a choreographer himself, Billy created pieces for The Miss America Organization for 7 years, staged productions of Cabaret and Bat Boy The Musical for NYU, and Sea Songs for the South Street Seaport in NYC. He also travels the country setting choreography for many dance studios and serves as an adjudicator and master class teacher for various conventions and competitions. Billy teaches here in the city at Broadway Dance Center and The New School On Broadway at NYU. This past June he had the privilege of directing and choreographing The Miss Connecticut Pageant at Mohegan Sun Casino. Up next, Billy will be the Associate Director/Choreographer to Al Blackstone for a new musical for RWS and Associates.
