Versatility, exploration, and the ridding of self-judgement are her main focuses in class. She begins each class with a short sound bath using Tibetan sound bowls that target specific areas of the spirit. She guides students in breathwork and meditation to release any fears or anxiety some might have towards class. Providing a safe space for students to discover and elevate different parts of their movement is her priority, as well as finding community within the space and showing love to all the brilliance in the room.
