BRIANA REED, two time recipient of the Key to the City of St. Petersburg, FL. her hometown, trained at Academy of Ballet Arts and The Pinellas County Center for the Arts. She received a full scholarship to attend The Juilliard School and after graduation she was invited to join Ailey II, one year later Ms. Reed joined The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater where she performed as a Principal Dancer for sixteen seasons.

Ms. Reed has performed on Good Morning America, ELLEN, Netflix’s The Get Down Directed by Baz Luhrmann, MTV VMAS with Beyoncé, SNL, at The White House in honor of Judith Jamison and Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for designer Tracy Reese. Ms. Reed’s choreography credits include: Camerata NYC Dance Festival, Tonya Pinkins Womyn Working It Out, Bat Boy The Musical at Aaron Davis Hall CCNY, Peace Be Still; Artist in Residence Western Washington University, Self-Love Simulation Theory; Steps Conservatory Summer Study, Wallflower Requiem; Steps Academy PreProfessional Summer Intensive, Tonya Pinkins Little Island Residency, As You Like It Molloy University at The Madison Theatre, Divinity In Paradox for vildwerk., VINGT-DEUX for Ballet Support Foundation (YAGP NYC 2nd Place), and Little Shop of Horrors at Virginia Stage Company, 3033 AD for Steps Academy Summer Intensive, Conscious Clarity Conduit for Joffrey Contemporary Program. Associate Choreography credits include: Cinderella at Theatre By the Sea, The Wiz at the Fulton Theatre and New Bedford Festival Theatre. Ms. Reed is an ABT ® Affiliate Teacher.
