Clinton Edward

Clinton Edward is a New York-based choreographer and performer with a diverse experience that spans concert dance, immersive theater, high-profile events, and film.

Career highlights include:

  • Performed internationally with Tania Perez-Salas Company in Mexico and Korhan Basaran & Company in Turkey
  • Performed repertoire by Aszure Barton, Cherice Barton, Zvi Gotheiner, Shannon Gillen, Larry Keigwin, Benoit-Swan Pouffer, and Manuel Vignoulle with the STEPS Reperory Ensemble
  • Cycle 3 dancer and swing in Josh Prince’s Dance Lab New York
  • Original cast member and dance captain of Drama Desk Award-winning Queen of the Night
  • Co-founder of MinuteZero, an immersive events company whose clients included Microsoft, Rag + Bone, Under Armour, Brooklyn Museum, and Hulu
  • Choreographer and creative director for multiple music videos and commercials
  • Resident choreographer for Another Rose on Virgin Voyages
  • Associate director and choreographer for immersive dance theater Dinner is Served in Toronto
  • Assistant choreographer for Met Gala ’24 featuring Ariana Grande
  • Associate choreographer for Urinetown at City Center Encores!

Clinton continues to share his love of creativity through movement on faculty at STEPS on Broadway and New Canaan Dance Academy in New Canaan, CT as well as teaching guest classes and setting work across the U.S.
