Darren Biggart

Darren Biggart is a New York based performer, teacher, and producer. He earned his BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Michigan, and has performed Off-Broadway (59 E 59, NYMF, Lincoln Center) and at reigonal theaters throughout the country (MUNY, PCLO, Northern Stage). His most recent NYC performance was playing John in JOHN AND JEN.

This winter, he will be performing in the First National Tour of ELF The Musical.

As a teacher and choreographer, Darren works at Broadway Dance Center (NYC), MTCA (NYC), The Studio New Canaan (CT), and SOOP theatre Co. (NYC). He is also an artistic director/ choreographer at ‘A Broader Way’, which is an arts empowerment program founded by Idina Menzel in NYC. Darren has also been a producer for the City Center Encores’ ‘Off-Center’ series.
