Farid Henaine

Faride Henaine is a modern-based dancer and multidisciplinary artist with a diverse background in dance and sideshow circus techniques. She has trained extensively in Modern, Contemporary, and House dance, as well as Voguing, and Sideshow Circus, immersing herself in New York City’s vibrant underground dance scene.

A member of the International House of Elle and a former dancer with “Odeón Círculo Escénico” (Mexico), Faride performed across various venues in Mexico and New York, including The Joyce Theatre and Coney Island USA.

After graduating from professional studies in the Limón technique, she became part of the Limón4Kids faculty.

In addition to her teaching, she has collaborated as a dancer and choreographer with both NYC and international artists, contributing to music videos, performances, and photoshoots.
