Jenn Stafford Yip

Jenn is a Canadian-born actor, dancer, and performing artist currently based in New York. Her diverse career spans film, television, commercials, and theatre, and she is currently performing in the Broadway cast of Moulin Rouge! The Musical.
Jenn’s favorite credits include her work on the highly anticipated Avatar sequels, Avatar: The Way of Water and Avatar: Fire and Ash (set for release in 2025). She plays the featured role of Ta’unui Tsahik, but her movement and acting also bring life to multiple characters throughout the films. Whether performing for live audiences of thousands or embodying otherworldly beings in front of 30 cameras, Jenn embraces each experience as an opportunity to deepen her artistry.
In her dance classes, Jenn emphasizes the importance of intention and storytelling, blending various dance disciplines with each dancer’s unique style.
Her other credits include performing in Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles LOVE, and appearing in popular shows on Netflix, Amazon, and Disney, such as Goliath, Dear White People, and A Week Away. Jenn has also been featured in music videos for artists like Katy Perry, Winner, Jessica Jung, Tiffany Young, Zhu, and Tchami, as well as commercials for brands like Toyota and Supernatural on Oculus. Her performances have graced the award show stages, including the Grammy Awards with Katy Perry, Paul McCartney, and Ringo Starr and The Tony Awards.
