Justin DeSean is a choreographer and dance educator hailing from The Big Apple. Originally from New Jersey, Justin began his journey in dance at the age of 3. He grew up watching music videos and imitating choreography from artists like Aaliyah, Usher and Missy Elliot. By 9 years old, he began training professionally in New York. Spending his weekends training with a small dance company the Conservatory of Fine Arts. He received training in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, West African, and Hip Hop. At 14 Justin began dancing in studios and received scholarships to perform on his studio’s Competition team. Shortly after he began his journey as a dance educator at 16. But that wasn’t enough for him. Living in a small town there wasn’t much opportunities for dancers. At 18 he met his mentor Chuck Maldonado and traveled to Los Angeles to begin training as a commercial dancer. At 34, Jay is still going and still inspiring the next generation of dancers to come. Performing on stages on both the east and west coast. He has choreographed for Independent artists such as Margie Plus and Jay Saint. He’s danced with Teyana Taylor, Todrick Hall, Amber Rose, Backstreet Boys.  His choreography has expanded allowing him to work with legends in the industry including Latin global superstar Yandel. Justin teaches a weekly slot at Brickhouse NYC and host open classes for the dance community. His choreography has expanded allowing him to work with legends in the industry including Latin global superstar Yandel. Currently, Justin is an active member of the Brooklyn Nets Team Hype and NY Liberty Torch Patrol.
