Lauren Palmeri

Lauren is a New York certified Zumba instructor in Zumba Basic 1. She is currently an instructor at Manhattan Plaza Health Club. She has also been an instructor for RISE Dance Company and Oval Fitness. She holds a B.F.A in Musical Theatre from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and has been a dancer and performer all of her life. She has also appeared all over the USA and Canada in the National Tours of Beauty and the Beast(“Belle” cover) and Elf the Musical. Lauren has been seen regionally in NY/NJ in productions of Funny Girl, My Fair Lady, A Chorus Line, Hairspray, The Sound of Music, Carousel and Ragtime.

Lauren’s Zumba class is a high energy mixture of latin and contemporary pop, hip hop, bollywood and reggaeton music and dance. There’s even a little 1950’s/60’s twist!! If you love to dance, come join the party and sweat with me!
