Michael "Mikey" Martinez

Michael “Mikey” Martinez was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. When he was 16 he trained with a dance company called KR3TS in Spanish Harlem, under Violeta Galagarza, and then began taking classes at Broadway Dance Center. There he met and trained under choreographers such as Rhapsody, Luam, and many more. Mikey got signed to Bloc Talent Agency in 2009. In 2011 he booked his first world tour with Rihanna. Since then he has been fortunate to work with many great artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Chris Brown, Selena Gomez, Tinashe, and more. Choreographers/Artistic Directors include Jamie King, Rich & Tone, Tanisha Scott, Fatima Robinson, Nappy Tabs, Nick & RJ, Jaquel Knight, Luther Brown, Jeri Slaughter, Flii Stylz, Jamal & Draico, and more.
