Sarah Brinson

Sarah is an author, youth mentor, creative producer, and choreographer. Born in Scottsdale, AZ, she began her journey in the performing arts with a local theatrical company and at 18 moved to NYC to pursue a career in dance – she is a proud graduate of Tisch School for the Arts at NYU and upon graduation founded The AFD Method (www.theafdmethod.com) to help dance artists enhance their performance quality, storytelling depth, and ability to connect to their audience. She is also the executive producer of the Inspire Dance TV created to educate and inspire the next generation of dance artist.
