Sarah Grace Mastro

Headshot Sarah Grace Mastro

Sarah is a dancer, choreographer, and Pilates instructor originally hailing from Reading, PA. Like many dancers, Sarah first began practicing Pilates as a means of cross-training for her dance career, but she has since fallen in love with the method’s ability to improve a person’s quality of life through injury prevention, pain reduction, and correction of imbalances in the body. Her sessions focus on technique, alignment, and effective movement pathways while also ensuring a full-body workout. Sarah completed a comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Pilates NYC under the supervision of Anna Howington, and she also holds a BA in Dance/Choreography and English from Mercyhurst University. Continuing education credits include the Healthy Moms® Perinatal/Pelvic Floor workshop and Working With Older Populations workshop at Moving Strength. Performing and choreography credits include dancing with Mark Dendy (dendy/donovan projects) for Lincoln Center Out of Doors, West Side Story at White Plains Performing Arts Center, and choreography commissions for Lake Erie Ballet and New England Ballet Theatre of CT. Sarah will also soon be appearing in a production of Anastasia in New Jersey.
