Sarah Parker
Sarah Parker is a movement artist who is bridging the gap between concert dance and musical theater. Recently, she’s been the Associate Choreographer of Camelot on Broadway, The Who’s Tommy at The Goodman Theatre, and the upcoming new Broadway musical How to Dance in Ohio. As a performer, she’s been seen in the Jesus Christ Superstar 50th Anniversary National Tour, Fiddler on the Roof 2015 Broadway revival, and the company Camille A. Brown and Dancers. On TV, she’s featured in Harlem, Modern Love, Jesus Christ Superstar LIVE on NBC, and Mozart in the Jungle. Sarah’s roots are in contemporary dance and improvisation, and as a teacher, she loves helping students expand their movement potential and connect to a story. She’s also an arts writer with an MA in Journalism from NYU.
