UNLV Dance
Las Vegas, NV

At the UNLV Department of Dance, students develop as versatile artists through rigorous training, creative exploration, and professional experience. We offer a BFA in Dance with two distinct tracks: Performance & Choreography and Dance Production Design & Management. Our curriculum combines intensive training in ballet, modern, and jazz with choreography, production, design, and professional practice.

Through performances, guest artist residencies, interdisciplinary collaborations, and international opportunities, students work alongside active professionals while preparing to shape the future of dance as performers, creators, designers, educators, and leaders.

UNLV Dance is also home to Erick Hawkins West, preserving and bringing to life the legacy and repertory of American modern dance pioneer Erick Hawkins.

UNLV Dance: a world of movement, imagination, and possibility.
