Alexandre Munz
Trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School, Alexandre Munz further became one of the Principal Soloists of the Berlin Opera Ballet; many renowned international choreographers created roles for him. After experiencing chronic injuries along his career, he decided to stop compromising his body. Alexandre was compelled to seek knowledge and gain an understanding of tridimensional body functioning. The positive impacts on his own body were so rapid and profound as a result of his research that he formalized a new pedagogical approach branded under the name S.A.F.E. (Spine Advanced Functional Empowerment). Today SAFE® Floor, SAFE® Barre and SAFE® Move are tools useful to ballet companies, French Olympic athletes, the general public alike.
