Andy Seo

ANDY SEO (Seoul, Korea) is a lindy hop and authentic jazz dancer, teacher, choreographer, and performer recognized for his dynamic, groovy, and character-rich style. Based in Seoul, he has been a central figure in the swing dance scene for over 14 years, teaching both Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz. He is recognized not only for his unique movement and musicality but also for his energetic and joy-filled teaching style.
Andy is the founder of one of Korea’s leading authentic jazz and lindy hop schools and has dedicated his career to spreading the joy of swing dance. As an international instructor, he has taught, performed, and judged at major events around the world, including Taiwan, China, and various cities across Asia. Notably, he has been invited to events such as Spring Hop (Taiwan), Jump for Joy (Shanghai), and Swing Time Ball (Beijing).
As a passionate promoter of solo jazz, Andy has played a pivotal role in growing the solo scene in Korea. He is the co-organizer of Authentic Jazz Weekend (AJW), a landmark event running annually since 2013 and widely regarded as one of the top solo jazz festivals worldwide.
