Efe Alibo

Efe is a graduate of the New School University and The Ailey independent certification program. As a dancer, She has been fortunate to perform nationally and internationally with several dance companies. During her dance training Efe was introduced to Gyrotonic ®, and was immediately drawn to the sophisticated system. Gyrotonic ® transformed her body by creating leaner and longer muscles and an elongated spine. Privileged to study under Gyrotonic ® system creator, Juliu Hovarth, and several other Aunthorized Master Trainers, Efe is a certified Gyrotonic ® and Gyrokinesis Instructor and is certified in all Gyrotonic ® Specialized equipment. Efe has also completed the Gyrotonic ® Applications for Dancers course, the Gyrotonic ® Psoas principles course and studied intensively under the renowned Hilary Cartwright Yoga for Dancers. Efe brings to her classes a connection to the body and movement awareness. Efe’s aim is to guide her clients to achieve greater physicality in their daily lives, through a deeper understanding of the unique mechanics of their own body.
