Felipe Galganni
Felipe Galganni, tap dancer, teacher, and choreographer, is known for his unique style and versatility in blending tap dance as an American art form with his Brazilian roots. He is currently a faculty member at several studios in New York City including Steps on Broadway, Joffrey Ballet School, que Broadway Dance Center, and the American Tap Dance Foundation. Felipe is a member of the New American Tap Dance Orchestra directed by Brenda Bufalino and often develops new choreographic work with his own company.
In 2017, Felipe created and premiered the concert TAP&TOM, with music direction of Carlos Bauzys, the show makes a tribute to the music of the Brazilian composer Antonio Carlos Jobim. In 2018 Felipe was received the Machado de Assis Medal for disseminating the Brazilian culture in the USA.

Sekou McMiller
At the forefront of a new movement in Latin dance, Sekou’s unique style has an Afro-Caribbean essence that is laced with many different dance techniques. Combined with an explosive energy, Sekou’s dancing and choreography have garnered him broad recognition worldwide that spans from Broadway to the international underground latin scene. He is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Afro-Latin Dance Company, Sekou McMiller Dance Co and was a choreographic fellow for the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation’s New Directions Choreography lab Winter/Spring 2017.
In addition, he has performed and choreographed for Top Latin artist such as Gilberto Santa Rosa, Willie Colon, Cheo Feliciano, Johnny Pacheco, Tito Rojas, Tito Nieves, PitBull, as well as the pop icon Madonna. Featured in the up coming movie “In the Heights.” Currently Sekou is a faculty member at Joffrey Ballet School, Steps on Broadway, Ailey Extension, Ballet Hispánico, and Broadway Dance Center.
