Frida Persson originates from Sweden but has been living in New York City for eight years, working as a dancer and choreographer.

She has choreographed for several music videos including Jennifer Hudson’s Go All Night, Jenn Bocian’s Watch, and Basement Jaxx. She has appeared in commercials for Kalles Kaviar (Sweden) and IMAX. Her performance credits include Samsung events, Radio City Music Hall’s Hip Hop Extravaganza Show and at Taj Mahal Arena in Atlantic City. This summer, Frida took on the challenge as head choreographer for the opening ceremony of the Gothia Cup, the largest soccer cup in the world. The ceremony boasted 48,000 people and 150 dancers.

In addition to teaching Commercial Jazz at Steps on Broadway, Frida teaches street jazz, voguing, and heels at Broadway Dance Center and Peridance.
