Janina Young

Janina Young is a Brooklyn-based freelance dancer, choreographer, and interdisciplinary artist from Frankfurt, Germany. Initially trained in classical ballet, she expanded her expertise to modern and contemporary dance techniques. After earning a BSc in Business Sciences from Goethe University and working in portfolio management, she relocated to Brooklyn in 2022 and founded AFFEKT Dance Company in 2023.
