Jenna Kulacz

Jenna Kulacz, a multi-disciplinary artist originally from Westchester, New York, graduated summa cum laude from Elon University with a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography. As a professional dancer, Jenna has performed with a variety of companies and choreographers, including but not limited to Pilobolus, EMERGE125, Gaspard&Dancers, Christal Brown’s INSPIRIT at the Kennedy Center, and Kristin Sudeikis Dance at Rockefeller Center. Most recently, she performed in The Classical Theater of Harlem’s world premiere production of Memnon at the Getty in Los Angeles, and was the Assistant Choreographer for the production’s New York Run this past summer. Jenna was a featured dancer for PAC NYC’s Icons of Culture gala honoring Diane Fon Furstenberg choreographed by Lorin Latarro, and has recently appeared in the Public Works’ 2024 and 2025 productions as a featured dancer representing EMERGE125 in The Tempest at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park and in Pericles’ at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine. She has also worked with a variety of New York project-based companies in performances including the Harlem Dance Festival and with AThomasProject at Bryant Park Summer Performing Arts Series.
Jenna is a NASM-certified fitness trainer, NYCDA Assistant, and teaches at Steps on Broadway and other studios across the country.
Class Description
As a professional dancer and NASM-certified personal trainer, Jenna has developed a conditioning class that blends all the elements dancers need for a strong, sustainable career—strength, stamina, mobility, and longevity. This class boosts cardiovascular endurance, builds functional strength, enhances mobility, and offers smart cross-training to help keep you injury-free.
You’ll work hard and have a blast as Jenna guides you through an invigorating warm-up, an endorphin-lifting cardio segment, a bodyweight strength and stability series, and targeted mat work using resistance bands and blocks. Jenna makes every dancer feel seen and supported, creating a healthy, empowering environment where you’re encouraged to listen to your body while still challenging yourself safely.
This class is recommended for intermediate to advanced dancers ages 14 and up who have a solid understanding of their bodies and alignment.
